References to "Intent Cars", "we", "us" and "our"
throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to Intent
Mobility Group Ltd, the legal entity responsible for
providing transportation services, administering bookings
and processing payments.
When a customer makes a booking with Intent Cars,
they enter into a legally binding agreement. By making
a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions
in full.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking
information provided is accurate and complete, including
pickup location, destination, passenger details,
contact information and, where applicable, flight details.
Intent Cars reserves the right to refuse, cancel or amend
any booking where information is inaccurate, misleading,
fraudulent or where operational circumstances prevent
the safe completion of the journey.
Customers may create an account on the Intent Cars
website to manage bookings, access booking history,
save preferences and utilise account features.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality and security of their login credentials
and for all activities conducted through their account.
Customers must ensure that all information provided
during registration remains accurate, complete and up
to date.
Intent Cars reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify
or terminate customer accounts where:
• These Terms & Conditions are breached;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity is suspected;
• False or misleading information has been supplied;
• Chargeback abuse occurs;
• Security concerns arise; or
• Continued use presents a risk to Intent Cars,
its customers or drivers.
Customers must immediately notify Intent Cars of any
unauthorised use of their account.
Drivers may create and maintain an account on the
Intent Cars platform subject to approval and ongoing
compliance with company requirements.
Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid licences,
permits, insurance policies, certifications,
vehicle documentation and any other legal requirements
necessary to provide transport services.
Drivers must ensure all information submitted remains
accurate, complete and up to date.
Drivers must immediately notify Intent Cars of any change
affecting their eligibility to provide services.
Intent Cars reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify
or terminate any driver account where documentation
expires, regulatory requirements are not met, company
policies are breached, false information has been supplied
or unlawful activity is suspected.
Approval of a driver account does not guarantee
availability
of bookings or continued access to the platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall create an
employment relationship between Intent Cars and any
independent driver using the platform.
All fares are quoted based on the information provided
at the time of booking.
Fares are generally fixed unless:
• Additional stops are requested;
• The route is changed;
• Waiting time exceeds the complimentary allowance;
• Incorrect booking information results in additional
travel requirements;
• Additional services are requested.
By confirming a booking, customers authorise Intent
Cars to charge the selected payment method for the
agreed fare and any applicable additional charges.
Intent Cars provides complimentary waiting time for
all bookings.
Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes complimentary
waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
All other bookings include 15 minutes complimentary
waiting
time from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary
allowance
may be charged and added to the final fare.
Customers are responsible for maintaining communication
with their driver where delays occur.
Where flight details are provided, Intent Cars may monitor
flight information to assist with airport transfer planning.
Flight monitoring is provided as a courtesy service only.
Customers remain responsible for providing accurate
and up-to-date flight information.
Customers are also responsible for allowing sufficient
time for airport check-in, security procedures, immigration
requirements, baggage collection and any travel
disruptions.
Intent Cars cannot guarantee vehicle availability where
flights are significantly delayed, diverted or cancelled.
Customers may request amendments to an existing
booking, including changes to pickup times, locations
or destinations.
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur
additional charges.
Requests made close to the scheduled pickup time may
not be possible due to driver scheduling and operational
requirements.
Additional stops and route changes requested during a
journey may result in additional charges.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse unreasonable route
changes where safety, scheduling or operational
requirements would be affected.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the
scheduled pickup time may qualify for a refund, subject
to any applicable payment processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the
scheduled pickup time may incur cancellation charges
up to the full fare amount.
A booking will be classified as a no-show if:
• The passenger is not present at the agreed pickup
location;
• The passenger cannot be contacted using the details
provided;
• Incorrect booking details prevent collection;
• The passenger refuses to commence the journey
after the driver has arrived.
No-show bookings will be charged in full.
If Intent Cars is unable to provide a driver for a
confirmed booking, the customer will be entitled to a
refund.
Refunds will not be issued where the journey cannot
proceed due to:
• Passenger misconduct;
• Excessive luggage;
• Incorrect booking information;
• Safety concerns; or
• Vehicle capacity limitations.
Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers
and other passengers at all times.
Drivers may refuse service or terminate a journey
immediately where a passenger:
• Is abusive or threatening;
• Is excessively intoxicated;
• Behaves aggressively;
• Engages in illegal activity; or
• Creates a risk to safety.
Where a journey is terminated due to passenger
conduct, no refund will be issued.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all
Intent Cars vehicles.
Eating and drinking are not permitted unless authorised
by the driver.
Cleaning charges may apply where additional cleaning is
required due to spills, litter, odours, sickness or other
contamination.
Pets are welcome when declared at the time of booking.
Passengers remain responsible for ensuring pets are
safely controlled throughout the journey.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply
where necessary.
Child seats may be available upon request and are
subject to availability.
Customers requiring child seats must request them
at the time of booking.
Availability cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed
by Intent Cars.
Passengers under the age of 18 may travel
unaccompanied only where permitted by law and
where Intent Cars has expressly agreed in advance.
Intent Cars reserves the right to refuse transportation
where suitable arrangements have not been made.
Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times
whilst travelling.
Exceptions apply only where a valid medical exemption
or legal exemption exists.
Drivers may refuse transportation where a passenger
refuses to comply with seatbelt requirements.
Customers are responsible for booking a vehicle suitable
for the number of passengers and luggage being
transported.
Oversized luggage, bicycles, golf clubs, sports equipment
and similar items may be accepted only where they fit
safely within the booked vehicle.
Intent Cars reserves the right to refuse transportation
where capacity limits are exceeded.
Intent Cars accepts no responsibility for items left in
vehicles.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering
lost property; however, collection or delivery charges
may apply.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused
to vehicles during a journey.
Cleaning, repair or replacement costs may be charged
to the customer where required.
An itemised invoice may be provided where appropriate.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, including
public holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's
Eve, New Year's Day and major events, fares may be
adjusted based on vehicle and driver availability.
Any applicable pricing adjustments will be communicated
prior to booking confirmation.
Customers requiring additional assistance, mobility
support
or special travel requirements should notify Intent Cars at
the time of booking.
Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate
such requests, availability may vary depending on vehicle
type, driver availability and operational requirements.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service,
please contact Intent Cars as soon as reasonably
possible.
We will investigate all complaints fairly and aim to
respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Intent Cars actively monitors transactions for
fraudulent activity.
Fraudulent bookings may be cancelled without notice.
Where a customer initiates an unjustified chargeback,
Intent Cars reserves the right to dispute the claim
using booking records, GPS data, communications
and payment records.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may
be liable for any reasonable costs incurred in
recovering outstanding amounts.
Intent Cars will make reasonable efforts to arrive at
the agreed pickup time and provide services with
reasonable care and skill.
However, pickup times, arrival times and journey
durations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Intent Cars shall not be liable for indirect or
consequential losses including:
• Missed flights;
• Missed trains;
• Missed appointments;
• Business losses;
• Loss of profits;
• Accommodation costs;
• Event costs; or
• Other consequential losses.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total
value of the booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability
where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited
by applicable law.
Intent Cars shall not be liable for delays,
cancellations or service interruptions caused by
circumstances beyond our reasonable
control including:
• Severe traffic congestion;
• Road closures;
• Extreme weather;
• Vehicle breakdowns;
• Accidents;
• Industrial action;
• Government restrictions; or
• Public emergencies.
All content displayed on the Intent Cars website,
including logos, text, graphics, images, designs and
branding, remains the property of Intent Mobility Group
Ltd trading as Intent Cars unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or
used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the
laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
All transport services provided by Intent Cars shall be
operated in accordance with applicable private hire
licensing requirements, transport regulations and
relevant laws.
The collection, storage, use and processing of
personal information is governed by the Intent
Cars Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms &
Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Intent Cars reserves the right to refuse, decline,
cancel or terminate any booking, account registration
or service request where fraud, safety concerns,
false information, operational issues, regulatory
concerns or unlawful activity is suspected.
By using our services, creating an account or
making a booking, customers agree to receive
communications by email, SMS, telephone call,
WhatsApp and other electronic means relating
to bookings, payments and service updates.
Operational communications may continue even
where marketing communications have been
opted out of.
Intent Cars reserves the right to suspend, restrict
or terminate any account where fraudulent activity,
chargeback abuse, false information, security
concerns or regulatory breaches are identified.
Additional verification may be requested at any time.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is
found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the
Privacy Policy and booking confirmations,
constitute the entire agreement between the
parties and supersede any previous discussions,
representations or understandings.
No person who is not a party to these Terms &
Conditions shall have any right to enforce any
provision under the Contracts
(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Customers and drivers agree that booking records,
payment records, GPS data, call recordings, emails,
SMS messages, WhatsApp messages and website
records may be relied upon as evidence in any
dispute, chargeback claim, investigation or legal
proceeding.
Payments are processed securely through third-party
payment service providers.
Intent Cars does not store full payment card details
and shall not be liable for failures, interruptions or errors
caused by third-party payment providers.
Whilst Intent Cars makes reasonable efforts to maintain
website availability, uninterrupted access cannot be
guaranteed.
Intent Cars shall not be liable for downtime, technical
issues or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Where bookings are made
on behalf of a company,
organisation or other
business entity, the
individual making
the booking confirms
that they have authority
to bind that organisation
to these Terms & Conditions.
